About the Role

Minfy is looking for an enthusiastic Associate Cloud Engineer with hands-on knowledge of GCP and Azure platforms. In this role, you will manage cloud resources, monitor system performance, and provide first-level support for cloud infrastructure. You will play an important role in ensuring smooth operations and supporting enterprise-grade cloud environments.

Key Responsibilities

Navigate and operate within Azure Portal and GCP Console
Perform basic VM operations: start, stop, and reboot servers
Handle monitoring and alerts to ensure system health
Conduct storage usage checks and report utilization
Create and escalate incident tickets using ITSM tools
Validate IAM roles with read-only permissions
Execute Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
Review and analyze basic logs for troubleshooting
Monitor backup job statuses and service health dashboards

Requirements

Experience: Minimum 1 year in Cloud/IT operations
Platforms: Knowledge of Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and Microsoft Azure
Tools: Familiarity with ITSM ticketing tools
Skills: Cloud portal navigation, monitoring, backup verification, and IAM validation
Certifications: Good to have GCP/Azure certifications
Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn advanced cloud practices
