About the Role

As an Associate DevOps Engineer / Site Reliability Engineer, you’ll ensure the operational uptime, scalability, and security of LogicMonitor’s SaaS platform. You’ll design and implement new SOA-based production deployments, automate infrastructure, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive operational excellence.

This role is ideal for candidates with Linux experience, cloud knowledge, and a passion for DevOps automation.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain uptime of LogicMonitor’s SaaS services.
Deploy production applications & improve deployment processes.
Ensure security and reliability of production environments.
Write automation scripts to optimize infrastructure management.
Support developers to align infrastructure with product growth.
Drive process improvements to enhance system performance.
Collaborate across teams to achieve business and technical goals.
Document, test, and enhance infrastructure & systems.
Follow Agile methodologies for delivery.

What You’ll Need

~1 year of project experience in a Linux environment.
BS or above degree in Computer Science or related field.
Understanding of software application stacks.
Experience using AI tools for productivity and problem-solving.
Ability to learn new technologies quickly.
Strong skills in communication, collaboration, and teamwork.
Familiarity with DevOps, automation, and cloud environments.
