Role Overview
As an Application Support Engineer at Accenture Bangalore, you will play a key role in troubleshooting, problem-solving, and ensuring the reliability of enterprise business systems. Acting as a software detective, you will identify issues, implement solutions, and maintain system performance across critical IT environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a software detective to identify and resolve system issues.
- Provide dynamic support services for critical business applications.
- Conduct root cause analysis for recurring technical problems.
- Implement software patches, updates, and quality assurance checks.
- Support functional test planning and execution.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (developers, testers, business analysts).
- Document troubleshooting steps, resolutions, and knowledge base articles.
Required Skills

Must-Have:
- Strong expertise in Functional Test Planning.
- Knowledge of software testing methodologies.
- Experience with test case design and defect tracking tools.

- Exposure to test automation tools (Selenium, JUnit, TestNG).
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
- Familiarity with cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP).

- Education: 15 years full-time education (Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or related fields).
- Experience: 0–2 years (Freshers and Early Career Professionals can apply).
