Position Summary
We are seeking a skilled and proactive Infrastructure Analyst to join our Global Technology Operations Center in Hyderabad. In this role, you will monitor and support enterprise-level networks, infrastructure, and digital platforms, ensuring uninterrupted operations for our global content delivery and corporate systems. You will work alongside Tier 1 and Tier 2 engineers to identify, resolve, and escalate critical incidents, driving operational excellence across the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor real-time performance of network and infrastructure platforms using PagerDuty, SolarWinds, ServiceNow, and other enterprise tools.
- Provide first-line (Tier 1) technical support, escalating complex issues to Tier 2/Tier 3 teams and external vendors as necessary.
- Draft and manage incident notifications, following ITIL-based Incident Management processes.
- Validate post-change impacts and communicate findings to stakeholders.
- Maintain and update the Knowledge Base with troubleshooting guides and process documentation.
- Deliver accurate shift handovers to ensure service continuity.
- Support Major Incident Management, including stakeholder communication, escalation coordination, and post-incident reviews.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams across multiple time zones for incident resolution and service optimization.
Qualifications & Skills
Essential Requirements:
- Must have the legal right to work in India.
- Flexibility to work rotational shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- 1+ years of experience in IT support, network monitoring, or infrastructure operations.
- Working knowledge of Active Directory administration.
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow, PagerDuty, or similar service management platforms.
- Basic understanding of Networking (TCP/IP, DNS), Linux systems, and Virtualization technologies.
- Ability to perform root cause analysis and resolve tickets within SLAs.
- Strong English communication skills (written and verbal).
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Exposure to enterprise security tools and monitoring solutions.
- ITIL Foundation certification or similar process knowledge.
- Excellent problem-solving and incident-handling abilities.
