Junior DevOps Engineer – Remote, India (Full-Time)

Role Summary
We are seeking a Junior DevOps Engineer to join our fast-paced and collaborative team. This full-time, remote role is ideal for fresh graduates and early-career professionals passionate about DevOps engineering, cloud automation, and secure infrastructure deployment. You will gain hands-on experience working with Linux, AWS, Azure, Docker, Kubernetes, Ansible, and CI/CD tools like Jenkins and GitLab.

Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and enhance DevOps practices in both data center and cloud environments.
- Deploy, monitor, and manage applications using Docker and Kubernetes orchestration.
- Work with Linux and Windows operating systems to manage cloud infrastructure.
- Automate deployment and configuration using Ansible and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools.
- Support CI/CD workflows with Jenkins, GitLab, and other automation platforms.
- Collaborate on monitoring strategies to ensure high system availability and performance.
- Enhance security posture by mitigating cybersecurity threats in cloud environments.
- Assist in scripting tasks for Dockerfiles, CI/CD pipelines, shell scripting, and Python automation scripts.
- Continuously improve release processes through automation and standardization.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 0–2 years of relevant experience in DevOps engineering or cloud infrastructure.
- Strong knowledge of Linux and familiarity with Windows systems.
- Working understanding of AWS or Azure cloud services.
- Hands-on experience with Ansible automation.
- Solid understanding of Docker and Kubernetes container orchestration.
- Exposure to CI/CD tools like Jenkins and GitLab.
- Basic scripting knowledge in Shell or Python.
Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with microservices architecture.
- Understanding of cloud security best practices.
- Experience in monitoring tools for cloud infrastructure.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
