Eligibility Criteria
- Education: BE/B.Tech/PG in Computer Science or IT
- Experience: Freshers or up to 1 year in Technical Support or related IT roles
- Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication is mandatory
- Preferred:
- Internship (6 months) or certifications in IT Support, Networking, Operating Systems, or Cloud
- Strong problem-solving mindset and eagerness to learn
Key Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support to clients and internal teams
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and networking issues
- Escalate unresolved issues to higher-level support when necessary
- Maintain accurate records of issues, resolutions, and follow-ups
- Ensure service delivery meets company quality and security standards
