Key Responsibilities

• Develop clean, maintainable, and scalable Java applications
• Participate in software design discussions and contribute to architecture planning
• Build and enhance web applications using Java frameworks like Spring, Servlets, and JSP
• Write optimized SQL queries and work on relational database management systems like Oracle
• Implement business logic and backend functionality using JDBC, J2EE, and Hibernate
• Integrate front-end and back-end components for seamless user experience
• Deploy applications on containers such as Tomcat and JBoss
• Debug, test, and troubleshoot code to ensure application quality and performance
• Collaborate with QA and development teams to deliver production-ready features
• Stay updated on the latest Java technologies and development practices

Required Skills

• Strong proficiency in Core Java and Object-Oriented Programming concepts
• Hands-on experience or academic exposure to Spring Framework, Hibernate, JSP, and Servlets
• Familiarity with Oracle RDBMS and ability to write complex SQL queries
• Working knowledge of application servers like Tomcat or JBoss
• Good understanding of full stack concepts is an added advantage
• Exposure to JavaScript frameworks like React.js is a bonus
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in teams
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Education Criteria

• Candidates should have completed or be in their final year of the following programs:
  • B.Tech / M.Tech in Computer Science or IT
  • BCA / MCA
  • B.Sc / M.Sc in Computer Science or Information Technology
• Graduation Year: 2024 or 2025
• Consistent academic record with strong programming fundamentals
