Job Overview
We are hiring Associate Quality Engineers who are passionate about software testing, automation, and quality assurance. This entry-level position is ideal for freshers or those with 0–2 years of QA/testing experience. You’ll be part of an agile scrum team, working on end-to-end test lifecycle including strategy, planning, automation, and reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Participate in test planning and execution across manual and automated workflows
- Develop, execute, and maintain test cases based on business and technical requirements
- Work on test automation using Java, Selenium, Maven, and TestNG
- Perform root cause analysis (RCA) on production defects
- Collaborate with developers and product managers to improve product quality
- Ensure timely delivery of test cycles in agile sprints
- Document bugs, test results, and automation coverage
- Contribute to CI/CD integration and QA tools optimization
Required Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or relevant field
- 0–2 years of experience in software testing or QA roles
- Strong command of SQL and writing complex queries
- Programming knowledge in Java or any object-oriented language
- Understanding of Agile Scrum methodologies
- Basic knowledge of automation tools (e.g., Selenium WebDriver, TestNG)
- Good problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
