Key Responsibilities

Web Application Development

• Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable web applications using Python frameworks such as Django, FastAPI, or Reflex.

API Design & Development

• Create and manage RESTful APIs with a focus on clean CRUD operations.

Backend Engineering

• Implement server-side logic, data modeling, and integration with various databases (SQL, NoSQL, Vector).

Frontend Collaboration

• Collaborate with frontend developers and/or designers to implement functional and intuitive UIs using Python-based web technologies.

Code Quality & Best Practices

• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
• Participate in code reviews and adhere to software engineering best practices.

Problem Solving

• Understand business requirements, propose effective solutions, and optimize performance for better user experience.

Required Qualifications & Skills

Experience:

• 0 to 6 months (internships, freelance, academic or personal projects count).

Core Skills:

• Proficient in Python programming
• Hands-on experience with at least one web development framework (Django, FastAPI, Flask, etc.)
• Experience creating and consuming REST APIs
• Understanding of CRUD operations

Bonus / Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Exposure to frontend basics (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
• Knowledge of additional libraries/frameworks for web development
• Familiarity with databases:
  • Relational: PostgreSQL, MySQL
  • NoSQL: MongoDB, Redis, DynamoDB
  • Vector: Pinecone, Qdrant, Milvus, Weaviate
• Experience using Git or version control systems

Soft Skills:

• Fast learner and self-motivated
• Strong problem-solving abilities
• Good written and verbal communication
• Team player with a collaborative attitude

Educational Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field
• OR equivalent hands-on experience (bootcamps, self-learning, freelance, etc.)
