Role Overview

As an Associate, Customer Support Engineer, you will be at the frontline of customer experience—providing technical guidance, resolving product issues, and assisting solar and energy users with Enphase systems. This is an ideal role for new graduates with a background in Electrical or Electronics Engineering looking to join a cutting-edge global clean energy company.


Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to inbound emails, chats, and calls from customers during assigned working hours
  • Work in 24x7 rotational shifts, including weekends and night shifts (e.g., 9:00 PM / 11:00 PM)
  • Remotely troubleshoot Enphase systems, including inverters, storage units, and communications hardware
  • Approve and execute warranty claims based on product analysis
  • Assist customers and installers with site activation and setup
  • Provide pre-sales product guidance when required
  • Log and document all customer interactions in CRM/Help Desk platforms
  • Coordinate with internal Engineering teams to track field issues and product bugs
  • Contribute to team knowledge base, document solutions, and follow troubleshooting procedures
  • Participate in training programs to stay updated on products and solar industry standards
  • Represent Enphase in a professional manner across all communication channels
  • Adhere to all company policies, guidelines, and performance standards

Qualifications and Eligibility Criteria

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (B.E. / B.Tech) – Electrical or Electronics
  • Freshers / Recent Graduates (2023 / 2024 pass-outs) are welcome
  • Minimum Academic Requirements:
    • 10th & 12th: 60% and above
    • Graduation: 70% and above
    • Note: Academic scores must be submitted with the application
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Excellent verbal and written English proficiency
  • Computer proficiency required (Windows essential, Mac OS preferred)
  • Foundational knowledge of electrical principles, including AC/DC circuits
  • Prior exposure to solar or PV industry is a plus
  • Willingness to learn and grow in a tech-driven support environment
