As part of our continued growth, we are hiring fresh engineering graduates for the position of Process Associate / Associate to join our technical support and operations teams in Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
Role Overview
The Process Associate role is a full-time opportunity for 2024 engineering graduates to gain hands-on experience in an enterprise environment. You will work with engineering teams, field service experts, and suppliers to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to elevator and maintenance equipment systems.
You will serve as a crucial link between the engineering teams and the end user, offering support in diagnosing and resolving issues using both technical knowledge and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for engineering queries and operational escalations
- Analyze and resolve issues related to elevator systems and maintenance operations
- Understand and interpret engineering drawings, schematics, and equipment diagrams
- Coordinate with field engineers and technical experts to ensure timely solutions
- Use Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook) for documentation and reporting
- Communicate solutions clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Maintain a professional and empathetic attitude while handling end-user concerns
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver high-quality support and continuous improvement
Technical Skills Required
- Basic understanding of elevator maintenance equipment and mechanisms
- Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and electronic systems
- Familiarity with signalization and control systems
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving approach to technical challenges
- IT literacy and ability to document technical workflows and case histories
Educational Qualifications
- B.Tech / B.E in Mechanical Engineering
- B.Tech / B.E in Electrical Engineering
- B.Tech / B.E in Electronics Engineering
- B.Tech / B.E in Mechatronics
- Only candidates who have graduated in the year 2024 are eligible
