Job Summary:
Finastra is looking for an Associate Technical Engineer to support its enterprise software environments and client-facing technical services. This role is ideal for graduates with a finance or technology background who are passionate about troubleshooting, customer service, and enterprise-scale technology deployments.
As an Associate Technical Engineer, you will work closely with global teams, contribute to incident resolution, ensure system stability, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to internal and external customers
- Engage with product groups to resolve multi-product technical issues
- Assist R&D teams by delivering accurate feedback and data
- Contribute to continuous service improvement by analyzing customer issues and suggesting enhancements
- Collaborate across teams to ensure customer satisfaction and service quality
- Maintain environments and manage day-to-day support operations
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- MBA in Finance or equivalent (Mandatory)
- Any financial certifications (Preferred)
- Technical certifications (Plus point)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Strong troubleshooting and collaboration abilities
- Fast learner with a proactive attitude
- Team player with a focus on learning and development
