Job Role: Applications System Administrator
Job Type: Full-Time, Regular
Experience: 0–2 years (Freshers with knowledge in system administration may apply)
Qualification:
- Associate’s degree required
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field preferred

Job Overview:
The Applications System Administrator will play a critical role in maintaining and supporting enterprise business applications. Reporting to the Senior Applications System Administrator, you will be responsible for ensuring high availability, configuration, troubleshooting, and user support across key platforms such as ConnectWise, Microsoft CRM, and Ivanti. You will also work with Agile Scrum teams and be involved in application configuration, maintenance, testing, and more.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer enterprise applications under the guidance of senior staff
- Set up new users and configure application features
- Collaborate with the Applications Support Team to resolve technical issues
- Perform application-level system maintenance
- Follow defined SDLC and change management procedures
- Participate in Agile Scrum team activities and deliverables
- Define and execute regression and functional testing
- Estimate tasks and deliver according to milestones and deadlines
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Knowledge of application systems administration (freshers with academic projects or internships welcome)
- Exposure to applications like ConnectWise PSA, Microsoft Dynamics CRM, or Ivanti ITSM
- Familiarity with how business groups use enterprise applications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving ability
Nice to Have:
- Hands-on experience in any ITSM, CRM, or PSA tools
- Internship or project experience with enterprise application support
- Familiarity with IT support ticketing systems
- Understanding of Agile methodologies and SDLC
