Job Summary:
ChampionX is hiring Cloud Engineers for its entry-level program. As a Junior Cloud Engineer, you’ll collaborate with senior engineers and technical leads to write cloud-native code, build scalable infrastructure, and support internal project needs. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or early-career professionals passionate about cloud computing, software engineering, and infrastructure automation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Write clean, reliable code based on project requirements
- Contribute to design documentation and technical specifications
- Support QA and system testing by resolving reported issues
- Learn industry-grade cloud platforms, tools, and software delivery practices
- Work under the supervision of senior engineers and technical leads
- Engage in internal training to understand the complete software lifecycle
- Help build tools and automation scripts for deployment and monitoring
Eligibility Criteria:
- Degree or advanced degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
- Less than two years of professional experience
- Proficiency in one or more programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, C#)
- Understanding of basic cloud concepts (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Git, and version control
- Good analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Strong willingness to learn and contribute to cross-functional teams
