Job Summary:
Paxway Solutions is hiring fresh and enthusiastic software engineers to join its dynamic development team. This is an exciting opportunity for candidates from an IT background who are looking to gain real-world experience in Java development, DevOps, and software testing.
Whether you’re a recent graduate or an early-career professional, this role will provide mentorship, hands-on project exposure, and the opportunity to grow into a full-stack or DevOps engineer role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development of Java-based applications
- Collaborate with DevOps team for automated builds and deployments
- Write and execute test cases for software validation
- Participate in debugging and troubleshooting of production issues
- Work with Agile teams and contribute to sprint deliverables
- Document code, testing outcomes, and deployment processes
- Learn modern development tools and frameworks as needed
Eligibility Criteria:
- Degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related discipline (B.Tech, B.Sc, BCA, MCA, etc.)
- Good understanding of Java programming concepts
- Basic knowledge of DevOps, build tools, and automation processes
- Interest in Software Testing, debugging, and QA methodologies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Eagerness to learn and grow in a team environment
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
