Key Responsibilities
- Provide first-level application support to end-users.
- Troubleshoot software issues and escalate complex problems to technical teams.
- Collaborate with internal teams for efficient issue resolution.
- Ensure smooth functioning of healthcare software platforms.
- Maintain documentation and logs of support tickets and resolutions.
- Deliver support through various channels such as email, chat, and calls.
- Work in rotational shifts to ensure 24/7 availability.
Required Skills
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
- Basic understanding of software applications and databases.
- Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple issues simultaneously.
- CBSE background preferred (for strong English proficiency and fundamentals).
Preferred Qualifications
- B.Tech (Computer Science / IT) - 2023 or 2024 pass-outs.
- Internship or project experience in technical support or application maintenance (if any).
- Familiarity with ticketing tools and remote support software is a plus.
