Zoho Corporation is looking for enthusiastic and dynamic Technical Support Engineers to provide world-class voice-based technical support to customers across the globe. Key Responsibilities
- Provide inbound and outbound voice-based technical support to domestic and international customers.
- Establish rapport with customers through clear, confident, and professional communication.
- Focus on customer satisfaction and strive for first-time resolution of issues.
- Collaborate with the technical team for quicker resolution of complex issues.
- Work closely with the technical content/documentation team to identify and fill gaps in the help modules and product guides.
- Ensure proper logging and tracking of customer issues.
- Maintain high standards of customer experience and technical troubleshooting.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-first attitude.
- Ability to troubleshoot basic software and product-related issues.
- Willingness to work in rotational night shifts.
- Familiarity with CRM software, helpdesk tools, or other ticketing systems is a plus.
- Quick learner with a passion for technology and customer support.
Preferred Qualifications
- Any graduate with a background in IT, Computer Science, or related fields.
- Freshers or candidates with up to 2 years of experience in a tech support or voice-based support role.
- Candidates located in or willing to relocate to Chennai, Salem, Coimbatore, Tirunelveli, or Madurai.
