Your Impact
As a Software Engineer in the OpenText eDirectory team, you'll contribute to the foundation of some of the world’s largest identity management deployments. You will help manage secure access for employees, customers, and partners across multiple platforms and infrastructures.
What the Role Offers
- Design, develop, and maintain applications using C and C++.
- Debug and resolve software issues, memory leaks, and performance bottlenecks.
- Collaborate with QA, DevOps, and Product teams.
- Work on low-level programming, OS internals, multithreading, and networking.
- Analyze and reproduce customer issues.
Required Skills & Experience
- Strong hands-on proficiency in C/C++.
- Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and OOP.
- Knowledge of memory management, pointers, and debugging tools (GDB, Valgrind, etc.).
- Experience in multithreading, concurrency, and synchronization mechanisms.
- Familiarity with Linux/Unix or Windows system programming.
- Understanding of networking concepts and TCP/IP protocols.
- Experience with build systems like CMake or Makefiles.
- Exposure to cloud technologies, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines.
