Job Overview
The role focuses on managing customer interactions in network operations through tools, data analysis, and customer relationship practices. It includes ticket handling, coordination of field technicians, and customer service management across telecom networks.


Key Responsibilities

  • Log customer/vendor issues in ticketing tools with proper documentation
  • Dispatch metro-based field technicians and manage site access rosters
  • Conduct root cause analysis and follow up for resolutions
  • Maintain and update knowledge databases and service desk procedures
  • Perform incident escalation and reporting
  • Assist in report preparation and client presentations
  • Support incident follow-up and customer satisfaction calls
  • Identify improvement areas and suggest process changes
  • Coordinate with internal/external stakeholders for issue resolution

Required Skills

  • Strong verbal and written English communication
  • Intermediate knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Basic understanding of customer support, tech operations, or project coordination
  • Familiarity with ticketing systems (e.g., assigning/updating/escalating tickets)
  • Good documentation and data entry skills
  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Flexible to rotational shifts and changing environments

Preferred Experience

  • Hands-on experience in technical support, project coordination, or customer service
  • Exposure to CRM platforms or telecom service tools
  • Knowledge of service desk processes, client interaction, and issue resolution
  • Experience with knowledge databases and incident tracking tools

Work Environment & Shift

  • Rotational shifts may be required
