Key Responsibilities
- Develop, test, and deploy scalable and efficient Java applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including QA, senior developers, and product teams.
- Write clean, modular, and well-documented Java code following best practices.
- Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and design sessions.
- Troubleshoot issues and enhance performance of Java-based applications.
- Stay updated with the latest Java tools, frameworks, and development practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
- Strong understanding of Core Java, OOPs, and data structures.
- Basic familiarity with JDBC, Servlets, and JSP.
- Understanding of relational databases like MySQL, Oracle, or PostgreSQL.
- Familiarity with Spring, Spring Boot, or Hibernate (added advantage).
- Knowledge of front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Solid logical reasoning and problem-solving skills.
- Eagerness to learn and grow in a professional and collaborative environment.
Preferred Skills (Not Mandatory)
- Internship or academic project in Java or Spring Framework.
- Java certification or participation in coding contests/hackathons.
- Familiarity with Git or other version control systems.
- Exposure to Agile or Scrum methodologies.
