Job Summary
Wipro is hiring fresh engineering graduates from the 2024 batch for the role of Trainee – Manual Testing in Gurgaon. This role involves configuring and testing Wipro’s proprietary Total Benefit Administration system, executing test cases, writing SQL queries, and contributing to QA best practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure client-specific parameters in Wipro’s Total Benefit Administration System
- Write and execute manual test cases
- Perform system and regression testing
- Analyze complex problems and break them into manageable parts
- Apply relational database concepts such as tables, keys, and relationships
- Write and execute SQL queries (simple and complex)
- Document test procedures, results, and issues clearly
- Participate actively in team discussions and sprint reviews
Technical Skills Required
- Knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
- Hands-on with SQL and relational databases (e.g., DB2)
- Understanding of manual testing principles and QA processes
- Familiarity with test case design and defect tracking tools
- Exposure to system testing and quality assurance methodologies
- Good analytical and problem-solving abilities

Shift & Location Details
- Work Location: Candor Techspace, Sector-48, Tikri, Gurgaon – 122001, Haryana
- Shift Timing: 11:30 AM to 9:00 PM
- Transportation: Pick & Drop Cab Facility available
Service Agreement
- Duration: 12 Months mandatory agreement
Interview Process
- GATE Assessment: Logical Reasoning
- HR Interview: Over MS Teams (for shortlisted candidates)
- Managerial Interview: In-person at the Gurgaon office
