What Will You Contribute?
This role is based in Bengaluru and reports to the BLR Team Leads. You will manage business-as-usual (BAU) activities, support environments, and assist with service operations.
Key Responsibilities & Deliverables:
- Engage with internal and external customers to resolve issues
- Collaborate with other product groups for cross-functional issue resolution
- Work closely with other teams to highlight quality issues and implement improvements
- Provide detailed, accurate information to the R&D team for effective bug resolution
Required Experience:
- MBA in Finance or equivalent
- Financial certifications are a plus
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Technical certifications are a bonus
Mandatory Soft Skills:
- Fluent in English
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Fast learner with a growth mindset
- Positive team attitude
- Strong troubleshooting ability
