General Expectations
We are looking for individuals who are:

• Highly self-motivated and able to multitask in a dynamic startup environment
• Excellent in written and spoken communication (bonus if you’ve written on Medium, LinkedIn, or have an active blog/social presence)
• Good at public speaking and presentation creation
• Outgoing and energetic, with a knack for networking
• Comfortable with traveling when required
• Creative thinkers and camera-friendly personalities
• (Preferred) Proficient in Hindi
• Willing to work from our Chennai office

Specific Role Expectations

• Learn and understand the Zoho for Startups program fundamentals and its key operational areas
• Manage Level-1 and Level-2 support tickets from startup users to identify automation opportunities
• Understand SaaS, particularly in the early-stage startup ecosystem
• Familiar with data structures, and capable of building dashboards and managing data
• Support the expansion of Zoho for Startups globally, including:
  • Researching new markets
  • Building strategic partnerships
  • Identifying events and collaboration opportunities
  • Curating and analyzing relevant data
• Maintain clear and concise documentation of infrastructure and processes
