Job Description
MassMutual India is hiring an Associate Cloud Engineer to support and develop cloud-based infrastructure and services. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about AWS, automation, and infrastructure as code. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to deploy and maintain scalable, secure cloud solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and support AWS-based cloud infrastructure
• Leverage Terraform to provision and manage cloud resources using Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
• Automate operational tasks using PowerShell, Bash, or Python
• Manage system operations on Windows and Linux environments
• Integrate and maintain DevOps tools including Jenkins, GitHub, Artifactory, etc.
• Write and maintain technical documentation for infrastructure and systems
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot issues and optimize cloud performance

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Hands-on experience in AWS (implementation, configuration, troubleshooting)
• Working knowledge of Azure is a plus
• Strong understanding of IAAS and PAAS cloud services
• Solid experience in system operations (Linux and Windows)
• Experience using Terraform modules, workspaces, and Ansible is a value add
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Effective communication skills (verbal and written) for working across global teams
